My Story

Growing up across diverse countries and circumstances nurtured my curiosity about how individuals and organizations navigate uncertainty in pursuit of their goals. 

Research Themes

At the macro level, I'm drawn to the dynamics of Political Economy and its interactions with Business and Finance. At the micro level, I'm fascinated by motivation: how rules, institutions, and personal ideals converge to shape organizational behavior.

Impacts

• TEFAT-University Integration Framework
  Designed and currently launching a first-of-its-kind mentorship initiative linking TEFAT schools with university students; currently implementing the pilot to test long-term scalability.

• UCL Dissertation: Manufacturing & Technological Change
  Developed a novel typology to position manufacturing within service-led economies, Currently, being extended for publication.

• Ernst & Young (ACA Track)
  Passed key ACA exams while supporting clients across manufacturing, tech, and automotive - balancing technical rigor with real-world stakeholder engagement.
